Abstract Numerous research papers and several engineering applications have proved that the fuzzy set theory is an intelligent effective tool to represent complex uncertain information. In multi-criteria decision-making (fuzzy MCDM) methods, information system control-theoretic models, qualitative are extracted from expert’s knowledge as linguistic variables modeled by linear/non-linear numbers. numerical computations experiments, information/data fitted nonlinear functions for better accuracy which may be little hard further processing apply in real-life problems. Hence, study of non-linear numbers through triangular trapezoidal very natural various researchers attempted transform into piecewise linear interval/triangular/trapezoidal nature different methods past years. On coincidence, new notion Generalized Hexagonal Fuzzy Number been introduced its on Multi-Criteria Decision-Making problem (MCDM) Fully Linear System (GHXFFLS) equations studied Lakshmana et al. 2020. this paper, hexagonal includes trapezoidal, interval special cases with less loss/gain than other existing attempted.
